My name is Charles Gardner and I’m so glad you found this website. I believe that you’re here for one reason and one reason only and that is to get in the best shape of your life. I’ll share my story with you a bit I got into fitness at 16 years old like most teenage boys because I wanted to get stronger for my sport Tae Kwon Do. I started training myself with the help of fitness magazines and encyclopedias as I needed to learn what the muscles were responsible for. I learned very quickly that weight training was important for the powerful kicks associated with TKD. I later discovered I enjoyed helping people at the gym I trained at teaching them better ways to do the exercises. This early experience led me to be involved with fitness and I have been helping others for over 20 years. I have published multiple fitness articles on Elite-FTS. I have also helped countless people lose weight for weddings, health reasons, helped athletes perform better on the field, and senior citizens have a more enjoyable life.
